Annual Scholarship

The Forestville Village Association is offering a scholarship. This scholarship will be presented to a graduating senior continuing his or her education at a two or four year college. 

   We award this annually to a student who lives in or has a family/job connection to Forestville. Although a connection is not mandatory to win this scholarship, it will be preferred. We do encourage others to apply. 

   The recipient will be at least a solid “B” student involved in community and/or extracurricular school activities. He or she must live in Bristol or attend a Bristol school. Financial need will be just one factor of many considered. For the first time this is a $1000 scholarship. 

   The scholarship recipient will be selected by a committee from the Forestville Village Association. Final applicants may be interviewed if deemed necessary by the committee members. 

   All applications must be returned to your guidance office no later than March 31, 2012. For more information, please call the Forestville Village Association at (860) 582-1233. You will be referred to one of the committee members.
